Delete your account and data

This page exists in German and English. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the German version is authoritative.
Do you want your Nura Sleep account and all associated data deleted? Send us an email and we will take care of it.
How it works
- Send an email to georg@dory-ai.com with the subject “Delete account”.
- Send it from, or name in the email, the address you are registered with at Nura Sleep.
- We confirm the deletion by email within 7 business days.
What is deleted
- Your user account and account data
- All child profiles and their data
- All logs and the messages they were made from (sleep, meals, activities, notes)
- All chat messages
- Voice recordings, any that are still stored (they are deleted automatically after 30 days)
- Push notification tokens
- Analytics data (PostHog events and session recordings)
Deletion is irreversible. All data is removed completely from our systems.
Coach accounts
Coaches use the same email. Your account, profile, plan templates and settings are deleted. The families you coached keep their own data.
